That's funny. Reminds me of the first episode of The Guild. The MC's online friend suddenly shows up at her door, thinking she's in love with him. When she asks her other online friends why he would possibly think this, one of them tells her, "Well, you were winking at him a lot." Her response is, "No I wasn't! That was supposed to be the regular smiley face, not the winking one! I kept hitting the semicolon by mistake!"

When we first got our IPhones it had the autocorrect feature in place by default.
One day we were watching Ellen and she had a segment on about this so called smart technology.
Wife and I quickly turned it off!! 8-)
